 + -1 moreHe is a scatter brain wasn't prepared. He didn't have his tools, has nothing with him. At any point in time he come to the house he has to leave. He did not do anything and has nothing on him. He wants me to give him a five to he can start getting some business but i did not say anything and I do not recommend him to any body either as well.
Description of Work: He is supposed to installed a brand new dishwasher and he said he could do it.
