It was done very professionally. I called and the Project Manager came out and priced out the project and gave me a great design. He charged me exactly what he said he would.

Bid on RFP. Bid was quite reasonable. General contractor accepted Cornell as subcontractor. Cornell perfomed all work in spec. Minor revisions to the spec were handled professionally and reasonably. The project is now complete and the roof looks great - and of course - doesn't leak!
