+ -1 moreIt ended up fine. I have just had to call 4-5 times total about resetting since having to get boxes for digital cable.
Description of Work: I had to call about resetting a digital box, after following written directions nothing changed. They did something on their end and then I followed directions again and the reset occurred. I had had to do the reset 3-4 times previously.

+ -1 moreWe switched back to them because their promotional rates were better than our previous price. The promotional price is good, but it wouldn?t be so good once the promotion ends.
Description of Work: We use Comcast Cable for cable service and we started their service from November 17th.
