Color Rays Painting

We are extremely pleased with the care and concern given to painting "this old house" and the evident pride taken by Troy Jaeger (the company owner) in the project. Troy took the time to crawl all over the house in order to give us a well documented and thorough bid. We were able to see how much each aspect of the project would take. Not surprisingly, additional work was needed after the project was started and Troy provided additional bids for the additional work. The detail was very helpful. We know this, but preparation is essential to a great paint job and that's exactly what happened. We now hold the record for the number of caulking tools used. Troy was onsite so and working the job. That made it possible to talk with him, make some decision and follow the project. This is the third house he has painted within the Truman National Historic Landmark District (Independence, Mo) and we hope he finds additional work because the completed houses look wonderful and needed repairs were completed on our house.
