Collins Roofing

Just had my roof replaced with Collins roofing and they did an excellent job. Aaron was amazing and went above and beyond to help. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who need help with their roof . Love the roof and new gutters.

They did a really good job. The price was fair. It was a bit of a hurried job due to other things. They were in and out in three days. They cleaned the place up pretty good.

The initial replacement of our roof went well. Very courteous and timely. However, when we called back for an additional service, we were never called back.

Collins Roofing was quick, friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They did a great job with both the roof and the gutters. William answered all our questions, made sure we understood the process, and checked on the work while it was being done. The work was completed quickly, and we were impressed by the thorough job they did cleaning up when they were finished. If we are lucky we won't need to hire a roofer again for a couple decades, but if we do we will call Collins!

I contacted 5 roofing companies from Angie's List.  Aaron Collins was the first to return my call.  He came out about 30 mins after I spoke with him, walked the roof, took pictures, texted them to me, came down and explained to me what he saw and what should be done.  He also explained a special situation where my siding met the roof line on the 2nd floor dormer.  He emailed me a bid that evening.  I waited until I had all the bids.  It was down to price, materials and time to complete.  All I wanted was a basic shingle roof, nothing fancy.  The other companies all used the same manufacturer, so their bids included a higher priced shingle with the same warranty.   A neighbor told me that they'd had their roof done 3 years ago by Collins, it was completed a week after they told Collins they'd selected their bid.   They said they'd not had had any problems at all with the materials or workmanship.  Coupled with the Excellent rating on Angie's List and the lowest bid, that sealed the deal.  I called Aaron on Mon, 3/23 to let me know I'd selected Collins.  He said they could schedule to work for Sat 4/4.  The other companies all told me the schedule would be 4-6 weeks.  On Friday 4/3 Aaron called my cell and left a message asking if they could do the work that day instead of Saturday.  I was still asleep when he called, but had no problem saying yes when Aaron rang the doorbell to ask the same question.
I looked a the area where the dormer and roof line meet.  I saw no issues with the installation of the trough.  The ridge vent made an amazing difference in the temperature in the attic.  Aaron came out and did the gutter screens on 4/7 himself.  He did tell me he would be doing the screens after the roof installation.

There wasn't none to perform since the roof is in very good condition but he helped us about the gutter.
Very helpful and for sure if we need in the future it'll be the company that we are going to use again.

Collins Roofing was professional, courteous and efficient throughout the estimate and service periods of this job.  I have used Collins Roofing twice before: once for the installation of the roof on my 3-story home, and for the replacement of some flat roofs over different porches.  I feel that Collins Roofing is a trustworthy company, and would not hesitate to hire the company again.

Very smooth. A date was set for the tearoff and a crew arrived on time and completed the entire job in just over a day and a half. The cleanup was not as efficeient as I would have expected (had to fix a flat from a roofing nail in tire) and quite a few pieces of shingle left in the yard that the dog decided should be picked up and brought in to the house. From past experience this was very minor!

I got the estimate immediately. The work was started within one week. All work was completed in two days. The yard was very clean and the workers were friendly. I would hire this company again.

They showed up on a day's notice, even though it was just a small job. Walked me around the roof pointing things out.........then came back the next day and did the job. Also sealed up a few miscellaneous holes and cracks.

He was very honest and tried to minimize our cost. He was very punctual and nice. I would absolutely hire him again.
