CLEAN CUT PAINTING

He was fantastic, but I didn't hire him. I hired someone else because he was $700.00.00 higher than the person that I did hire. He was only about $200.00 more than the other bids. He wasn't totally off base. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was good about talking to me like I was an intelligent person. He used more expensive paint, which might explain the price difference. He has done work in my neighborhood, and what I can tell he does very good work. He met with us twice in our home. He told us the work he would do. He was very thorough. I liked him a lot. I would have hired him had I not got a bid under his price. He had a bit of a problem being prompt. There were several times that he told me he would call me, and it was delayed because he was playing golf. Otherwise he was very professional.

I made arrangements to go to work late so I could meet Gary on the first day at 8 AM. I was disappointed that he called at 8, to say he wouldn't show up that day - I wish he had called the night before. However, he showed up the next day and went right to work, carefully prepping the walls and ceilings and placing drop cloths so there were no paint drippings on the carpet or floors. He was fast and neat about his work - and even let my dogs in and out!
