Fred was awesome! He was prompt, knowlegeable, polite and even cleaned up after himself! If he ever decides to do house cleaning he'll give merry maids a run for their money! I will have to replace 2 of the liners in the chimneys and I'll definately being calling Chimneysmith to do the job!

It was Great! After cleaning the chimney and the fireplace they had me look at the videos so i could see some of the cracks and holes that needed relinning. The gave me an estimate for both chimneys. They also suggested I put caps on the chimney to keep animals from falling through the chimney. The HomeSaver UltraPro or Pro Chimney Relinning System was a little too pricey for me at this time. I did, however, make an appointment for them to come back and put the caps on the chimneys for a reasonable fee. They will able to get it scheduled in 2 days and it took only 15 minutes to complete.
Next year, if have money available, I will have them come back and install the linnings.

I was very pleased with the work and price. He told me that if the leak came back he would make it better.
