Campbell Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

The grout cleaning went well but the cleaners unfortunately did a small amount of damage to the bathtub. However, they returned to repair and repaint the area of the bathtub that was damaged. Terrific.

We called and scheduled the cleaning for the 7th, but due to extreme cold weather the night before, they were unable to keep the appointment.  Phil (the owner) called and apologized, and said we have to reschedule.  He knew we really wanted it done soon, so he worked with us and was able to juggle things around and came out himself on the 8th and did a fantastic job.  This is the only company I will use and have been using them for more five years.  Thank you Phil.

The service was good. They came in when they said they would come. It was very cold that day, so they were supposed to come one day and called and said that it was too cold because their machinery was outside. They came a couple of days later, so that was fine. It worked well and everything looked good afterwards. It was not too bad. It was a big thing for me. The technician was very professional. He didn't talk a lot, but it was okay because he got the job. He told what he was doing, why he did, what he did and how it works. I was happy with the price because they gave me some idea before they came.

My experience overall went very well. They did a great job cleaning the carpets.The staff was friendly and professional. The pricing was competitive. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Joe was amazing. Arrived ono time and gave estimate to the penny. The carpet was disgusting from an incontinent dog, and it is wonderful now. A few spots wouldn't come out but Joe explained in advance.

The job went very well. They were timely and met my needs. They did a nice job.

I called and talked to Phil on Monday morning to see if they could get out before the end of the week to clean a sofa and area rug. We scheduled Thursday @ 9:30. A few hours later I remembered I had to be at a preschool function and wouldn't be available until 10:00. I called back and they willingly rescheduled. Phil arrived at exactly 10:00. He took both the area rug and sofa out to the porch to clean so as to not damage the hardwood floor. Sofa was so heavily soiled that it didn't get every spot out, but it looks 100% better than before. Area rug looks awesome. He explained that they usually do those in their shop and it would be a better job, but we didn't have time for that and I just wanted it to be cleaned. Really, it also is 100% better. Phil couldn't have been more accommodating ... thanked me for the business and was so professional and friendly.

I have used this company previously and was satisfied with their service. Also noted A rating on Angie's List. Scheduled service quickly. Technician that arrived explained services but answers to questions about applying "protectorant" and cleaning solvents used didn't satisfy me. He claimed maintaining carpet warranty requires protectorant (not true). The carpet is less than 2 years old and has a 25 year warranty. My call to carpet company confirmed protectorant was not needed. I asked Technician to leave. He did (he was polite, cooperative, and apologetic). Immediately received a call from company owner. We discussed issue and he indicated technician failed to test carpet to determine type. He explained cleaning method and materials used and satisfied me that cleaning would be done properly. Technician returned and cleaned carpets. He did a good job and reduced price to compensate for the difficulty.

They did a good job and we were pleased with them. They were on time and they finished the work in a reasonable amount of time. We will grade them high on all categories.

I thought that they were professional and they were on time to their appointment. They did what they said that they would do and they did a very good job on the work. They were also very neat.

Campbell's arrived on the same day as we called them about the problem. Team that showed up seemed very knowledgeable and concerned. They thoroughly explained what they planned to do and gave us additional options. In general, they did a great job, though I think it was a bit pricey for what was necessary. We had used them before to clean several areas of this same home and I thought that was a great deal - maybe my expectations were affected by my previous experiences.

I obtained several bids with Campbells pricing being in the middle. I was extremely impressed with the gentleman Wil that came out. Being single I really don't like others in my home especially males but felt completely at easy with Wil on my property. He ran about 25 min. late but called me a few minutes before his appointed time to inform me he was running behind schedule. He did a fantastic job, had me go around and inspect his work to see if I had any questions or concerns. I would have Wil out again in a heartbeat to do the work and if he wasn't available at least would give Campbells an opportunity to bid on my job.

They came out before to give me an estimate. Since they were late in arriving, they gave me a 10% discount. They were very thorough and also advised me if any of the stains come back they will come back and clean them free of charge.

They took out some stains that were in the house when we moved in. They showed up on time. They were very courteous. They called when they were on their way to my house.

They did a fantastic job. I didn't think the carpet would get that clean. They gave a price per square foot in the house, but it was discounted because there was no furniture to move. They were professional and polite.

It was a very good experience. They cleaned all of the carpets and put on a protector. I found their price reasonable for what they did. I would recommend them and use them again.

The marble in our entryway had no maintenance since installed when the house was built in 1989. The floor was very dull and had a number of spots caused from chemical drops and whatever. It took a day of work and five steps, but the marble was restored to a nice shiny finish. Did a good job of educating us on how to take care of the floor.
