Honest, experienced, and competent. After I had one of the big names in town "repair" my A/C (replace the blower motor), it still wasn't working properly. That same big name came back out and told me i was actually also low on refrigerant, and wanted another $400 to perform a leak search. My father in law then recommended C&S Furnace for future repairs. Bill from C&S came out the next day and quickly diagnosed & fixed my problem (new blower motor had been wired incorrectly by the big name company). Bill then took me outside and verified the refrigerant levels were correct. As we headed back inside, Bill told me "I think when you walk back inside, it's going to feel like your house is finally starting to cool off" and he was right! C&S has reasonable pricing and their technicians are experienced and honest.

Very nice people all around and prompt service. Price was fair and installation was quick and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and use them again.

They are good people. We pay more than $200 for their service agreement and that is for two furnaces and two air conditioners. The service is great. They are very professional. They are very punctual. They take pride and good care of their customers; very service oriented.

Great. I am completely satisfied. They competed the work in one day, starting at 8:00 and finishing up around 4:00 PM. I was impressed with their attention to detail, no mess, making sure that I understood what they were going to do and that I knew how the system worked before they left.

It always goes smoothly with C&S. They know what they're doing and they do what they say they are going to do, for the price they say, and when they say they'll do it. Excellent company!

I have two units and the one for the upstairs was blowing hot air. After an extremely through inspection it was found I had a blown capacitor that needed to be replaced. I was speaking with the technician and telling him the upstairs had always had a problem keeping cool. To my amazement he smiled and say he was not surprised. While he was in the attic he checked all of the hoses and had found a couple that had come loose and 1 that was never connected when the house was built. I decided to go ahead and have my other unit inspected while he was there and it checked out just fine. He also thoroughly cleaned both units.
My sister also had a new furnace & air conditioner installed and it was less they they originally quoted. They had some additional part on the original quote they did not need and took it off the bill. Nobody would have known about the other parts.
It's hard to find people you can trust in this business but they seem to be very honest and hard working.

We spent $6000 on the project. They were very friendly and professional. They came out and took the measurements. They told us exactly what they were going to do and what we needed. We appreciated that because we had never purchased heating and air conditioning units before. They didn’t try to sell anything that we didn’t require. They explained about the government rebate program as well as the rebates available from the gas company. They showed up on time. They did everything that they said they would do. They did the work on one of the hottest days of the summer. They completed the work in a day and without any hassle. They stuck to their estimate. They hauled away the old units. We’d highly recommend them and we’d definitely hire them again.

The serviceman was professional and seemed competent. He explained what he was looking at and why, and answered my questions with confidence. However, the office staff had him come twice: the first time when I told them I'd be away, then seemed miffed when I called them back to arrange another time. They also grossly underestimated the time required, thus hiking up the price I paid to about double.

I HAD SEVERAL COMPANIES BID ON THE JOB. J.R. DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB EXPLAINING HIS RECOMMENDATION. I CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES WITH QUESTIONS & HE WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE & PATIENT, MAKING SURE ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED TO MY SATISFACTION. ONCE I ACCEPTED HIS BID, THE WORK WAS COMPLETED EXACTLY AS PROMISED. THIS IS TRULY A HIGH QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THE WORK THEY DO.
