 + -1 moreAfter the service was performed I contacted my employer to inform them my home was safe from bugs. My employer informed me that another home was infected with bugs but Sheila's assistant would not show any sign of infestation. So two additional companies were hired to come out and treat the homes. Both of those companies performed an inspection and came up with nothing. None of the houses that were in fact inspected had any sign of bugs. This seemed like a scam from the start and we will never use this company again.
Description of Work: The provider was contacted to have a free screening done of a private residence. While on the phone with Sheila, she went into full details about my company that had just been treated. She decided it was her duty to inform me of the names and addresses of the infected houses. This is very unprofessional and you should never give out private information. After that conversation the inspection was scheduled and they came to my residence. They then walked in wearing old protective gear that had already been into other clients infected homes. He then tried to reach into his pocket on several occasions trying to remove something. I kept my eyes on him while he was in my home. He then cleared my home of a bug infestation and then left the home.
