AFFORDABLE TV REPAIR

I was able to schedule a pickup on a Saturday. Repairman came to my house and diagnosed the problem, unhooked the TV and took it in for repair. I received an estimate for $400 and it came in at $410. They had to order a part from Samsung, but I still got the TV back in less than a week.

I had attempted to fix my big screen DLP TV myself, and when that didn't work, I had to call in a professional. Chris showed up when he was scheduled and did a quick and thorough job of getting my set working again. I would not hesitate to call him again if I have additional problems in the future.

They are very accommodating, professional and very forthright about everything. He was very open in explaining everything that was going on.

It was great- he came out on a Saturday and when everyone else told me that I would need to bring my TV in, he said that he could fix it on-site. He was very friendly and clearly very knowledgeable- great guy. He got the TV working, but also said that it was probably not a permanent fix. He spend an hour here and only charged me base rate for a visit, which is $40. I highly recommend them because they are clearly very fair, honest, and friendly. I called at least four other companies, and Affordable TV was the only one who was willing to come out and fix my TV on-site for a reasonable price. Excellent.
