Carpet Cleaning
MR ELY WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS CARPET CLEANING. I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IF I EVER NEED TO. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND THE CARPETS ARE STILL COMPLETELY CLEAN.

Carpet Cleaning
HE WAS SUPPOSED TO COME AROUND 3 PM ON THURSDAY THE DAY BEFORE. HE LOST MY PHONE NUMBER AND COULDN'T TELL ME THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT DAY. HE CAME ON FRIDAY AND HE CLEANED VERY WELL AND CHARTED A SUM WITHOUT TRYING TO UPSELL.
