Great ladies working there and all three were knowledgeable about the process of recreating a key. We showed up hoping they would be able to make the key and they went right to work on it. About 30 minutes later we had a working key and copies of some others that we needed.

They didn't have any keys for that, but that was fine. About 15 years ago, I had to have some work done on a front lock. With the suitcase, they were able to find an alternative. It was one of those things that was trivial. They honestly did their best to help me find something that would fit, so they wouldn't have to cut off the lock. They did end up having to cut it off.

The service man showed up sprayed WD-40 and tightened the bolts. The whole process took about five mins and I was charged $75.00. I called back the next day because the deadbolts were acting up again. When I mentioned that they should be working great for $75.00, I was told that I was lucky, because I should have been charged $100.00.

"THIS IS ALL THAT COULD BE DONE TO MAKE THIS DEADBOLT WORK CORRECTLY- IT JUST NEEDED LUBRICATION AND TIGHTENING. SHE DID NOT CALL BACK TO SAY THAT TO SAY THAT THEY LOCK WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, SHE ONLY CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PRICE. USUALLY OUR MINIMUM RATE TO GO OUT IS $95.00 SO THEREFORE BEING CHARGED ONLY $75.00 SHE WAS GETTING A DISCOUNT."

Overcharged for the lock, charged excessively for trips when they were told exactly what was needed, damaged my RV, shoddy installation, smoked & left butts all over.

They said they couldn't do what I asked, so they replaced everything new instead of using the equipment I provided them. Later I talked to three other locksmiths, explained the situation, and all three said they would have been able to do that. I called the company not to make them redo it but just to make them aware that the technician gave me wrong information. They wouldn't let me talk to the person in change and eventually hung-up on me. They basically lied to me.

"SOMETIMES THE HARDWARE IS NOT COMPATIBLE THEREFORE WE HAVE TO PUT ON REPLACEMENT HARDWARE AND THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS MADE AWARE OF THE CHARGES FIRST. NO WORK WILL BE PERFORMED WITHOUT THE CUSTOMERS CONSENT AND A TICKET IS SIGNED AT THE END CONFIRMING THAT THE WORK WAS DONE PROPERLY AND THE CORRECT PRICE WAS CHARGED. AS FAR AS OTHER LOCKSMITHS BEING CONSULTED - IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE TO ANALYZE WHAT WAS DONE OVER THE PHONE."
