DWAYNE WEBER HAS BEEN DOING ALL THE GRASS CUTTING, LAWN FERTILIZING, AND AERATING FOR OUR ENTIRE SUBDIVISION FOR OVER 15 YEARS. WE ARE A DUPLEX SUBDIVISION OF 21 BUILDINGS AND HE HAS BEEN THE BEST, MOST RELIABLE PERSON WHO HAS WORKED FOR US IN ANY CATEGORY. HE DOES THOROUGH, CONSCIENTIOUS WORK AND NOT ONLY DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF GRASS CUTTING AND TRIMMING, BUT ALSO BLOWS CUT GRASS OFF OF ALL 42 WALKS AND DOUBLE DRIVEWAYS AND MAIN STREETS. HE HAS AN ENVIABLE WORK ETHIC AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN MINOR PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURRED, DWAYNE HAS FIXED THEM PROMPTLY AND WITHOUT DISPUTE. AS LONG AS I SERVE ON OUR HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION BOARD, WEBER LAWN SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE OUR LAWN SERVICE COMPANY. HE IS THE BEST WORKER WE HAVE CONTRACTED. PAID DOLLAR FIGURE LISTED IS FOR ONE UNIT PER YEAR (42 UNITS IN OUR SUBDIVISION).
