We were happy with him. He was punctual, friendly, and did a great job on a piano that needed a lot of work.

Mr. Kessler worked with me to find a date that was convenient for both of us. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and professional. I have a very old Baldwin piano that hasn't been tuned in several years. I let him know that when I made the appointment, and he said that he would try to get it tuned for the coupon price, but that it might mean extra work, especially if one of the strings broke. However, once he got here he said it wasn't as bad as I had feared, and was able to tune it completely within about an hour, and for the coupon price. I was very happy with the result, and would recommend him to anyone who need to have a piano tuned. He is competent, honest, courteous and easy to work with.

He removed 20 years of small items that found their way inside the piano. He then tuned the piano. Very good job

Actually, Steve Kessler's son did the tuning. After reading the reviews on Steve, I called him. After talking with him, he informed me that his son would be doing the tuning. I'm sure my piano is in tune, but since I don't play, I cannot give a professional opinion. He did tell me that my piano was very much in tune even though I had not had it tuned for several years, and he pointed out to me one key that was a little worn.

My experience was good. They are really good tuners. They got back to me promptly to get something scheduled. I am a musician and I can really tell a difference in their tuning skills.

He arrived on time, worked quickly and quietly, and advised on optional repair work without any pressure. He just informed us of what was causing the problem, how to repair it, and if we wanted to do so. Because the problem seemed to be slight and we couldn't reproduce it that day, we decided to wait until it was a truly noticeable problem.

I was expecting Steve but his son appeared for the tuning with no prior notice to us. He used instruments to gauge adjustments and seemed to know what he was doing. I've never had a tuner before who didn't play the piano and test it out before leaving but he said he was going to learn to play. Since the piano doesn't get played often I'll assume it is OK. The price was very good.

Steve Kessler was the one who came out to do the work. He did a great job according to my daughter who plays the piano. She can tell the difference! He was easy to communicate with and sent an email confirmation of our appointment a couple of days before the work was done. I would work with him again and recommend him to others.

Mike arrived on time and did an excellent job tuning my piano. I had been negligent in getting it tuned regularly but Mike took his time and it sounds perfect now. I'd recommend him to anyone and I'll gladly have him back for the annual tuning.

We messed up the date and he was very accommodating about rescheduling. Very personable. My son is a musician and he watched Mr. Kessler and they talked throughout the tuning so my son could get an understanding of what it takes to be a piano tuner.

They got right back to me and kept trying to schedule me, which I appreciated. He was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job at getting the piano tuned. The price was great.

Steve spent close to an hour at our house and was patiently answering my questions. Piano sounds wonderful now. Clean, respectful and very prompt.

Steve Kessler was referred by a piano distributer in Chesterfield Valley. I live just West of Wildwood with a Pacific address. After 4 phone calls, Steve was the only one that would come out and tune my piano because everyone else panicked at the word and quot;Pacific.and quot; He had another appointment in Eureka so he was able to make his trip to both worthwhile. He was great! Very professional and went immediately to work. I will use him from now on and recommend him to anyone in the St. Louis area regardless of where you live to give him a call.
