Things started off OK. Jason washed the house to satisfaction. The patio and wall looked good too but 1 week later, our wall was GREEN. Way worse than before he washed and supposedly sealed the wall. Almost like he sealed it with algae and mold!
After hearing many excuses as to why it took them over a month to show up to paint, Jason and 2 workers showed up and started to paint. They finished the easy parts of the house (the low areas) but never touched the high spots. One of the doors they painted is rough as if it never really cured. The hole is still there that they were to patch.
I have contacted them many times and Jason kept saying he was coming this day or that day but then there was always an excuse such as "my tire blew out", its my kids birthday, my family gave me a trip etc.
I told him if he just refunded a small portion of my money, I would chalk it up to a dumb deal on my part and call it even. The money was due yesterday and I have yet to see a dime. I am not surprised. Now I have to hire someone new and take these guys to small claims court. Why can't people just do what they say they are going to do. Sad.
