They didn't do such a great job. I can see where they started and stopped; it seemed like they were stingy with the materials.

The tear out took longer then anticipated (2 weeks) which could have been accelerated by having additional trucks to haul away the concrete (500+ sq yards) Outside of their control was it took an additional week for parts of the driveway to dry out and harden. While this was frustrating , I am glad they took the time to make sure it was ready and not just rush it. Riley was my contact and he was very responsive and answered all of my questions and I am comfortable if I have any issues he will come out and take care of them. His team was respectful of my property and cleaned up when they were done.

The company's asphalt repair work was exceptional and priced competitively. I WOULD recommend them for asphalt repair. However, when it came to crack filling and sealing the asphalt road surface itself, I would not recommend this company.
The crack filling did not go well and was quite costly. I asked the supervisor on site to examine the crack filling performed by his crew. They got more filler on the road surface than in the cracks. He assured me they would go over it again and would make it right. After the second attempt failed to actually place the filler in the cracks rather than the road surface next to the crack, I called the company owner. The next day we walked the street and examined their work. They did not perform the work according to their bid. For example, their bid included weed eating the road edge and any material growing in the cracks. This was not performed. The owner then asked me what I would like him to do. I told him I would not pay for crack filling when the material did not fill the cracks. He agreed to have his crew return and correct the work.
They did within a few days and then did a very good job.
No customer should have to ask them to do the three times before they get it right. We canceled the balance of the work to have them seal the street itself.
