The slogan on Jenkins Flooring's truck says "Let us floor you with our customer service!" and they lived up to it. I used Jenkins because they only do installation and had a good price even though the only report on Angie's List had an issue with after-the-fact communications. However, the report praised them for the quality of their work and overall professionalism. After talking with Janette about the comments that had been made, I was comfortable with her response and urged her to respond to the customer. I very glad to see that they responded and the report was then modified remove the issue. I'm also happy that the original report didn't down grade the quality of the work because of a communication issue. But I do have to agree that responses to e-mail weren't always quite as prompt as I would have liked but I was never ignored. My overall my experience was great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

My carpet had wrinkled from a poor installation job by the original builder. I called Jenkins Flooring on the recommendation of a neighbor. My initial call was returned promptly and an appointment set within a few days. Britt and his staff arrived on time and with all equipment needed to do the job. They were professional and courteous and went to work immediately. Restretched the carpet, moved and replaced furniture, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I didn't realize they had missed a room on the lower level until later. Britt came back willing to finish the job, but after looking at the furniture that was in that room, he explained that to stretch the carpet, the furniture (a 3 piece entertainment center and a very large, heavy, roll top desk with computer equipment) would have to be moved. He was willing to do it, but after discussing it we both agreed it was better to leave well enough alone. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Jenkins Flooring again.
