The staff of Imperial Animal Hospital are amazing. They truly care about the animals and the owners. I have been going to them off and on since 1985. They have cared for my personal pets as well as my classroom pets.

I get all my dog's or cat's shots there and I've been going there for probably 10 years. We were there for just the regular yearly routine. Their staff has been efficient. Their prices are getting kind of crazy because I can find products from other vets that are a lot cheaper so I'm kind of disappointed with their pricing lately. When I first went, they were pretty reasonable but they are getting kind of expensive. If it was an emergency I would take the cat back up there, if it was just something routine, I might shop around just to get a better price. I haven't even checked out their prices lately so they may have come back down, I don't know. I think they might be the most expensive one in the area. They are just so efficient and fast you can get in and out so quickly. Everybody is really friendly and helpful. In an emergency I would use them again but I would probably shop around for better prices.

We're in the process of trying new foods with our pet. I wish they were more of a full service vet -- like emergency services and specialty services.

Let me explain this right off: I have been going to Imperial Animal Hospital (and their Grooming area as well) for about 35 years. I started out with Dr. Bates and his staff almost from the very get go of the practice. All of the Doctors there are excellent, but Dr. Bates has been the primary for my animals, basically because I started with him and am most comfortable with him because of our decades of Dr/client relationship with my animals. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough. They are, without fail, the most understanding, compassionate, professional group of people I am aware of in any working environment of this caliber. I can't recall an error or exaggeration of facts, over cost of any diagnostic or personal care by the Doctors. Not one time, ever, have I been dismissed, put on hold for any length of time, overcharged for procedures, or not treated in a very friendly manner or shown kindness for both my pet and my animal(s). You may pay a little bit more than you would in another facility, but there is never a time you will be let down by the hospital cleanliness, their timeliness, understanding, kindness and compassion shown by this ENTIRE group of people. Today was no exception; my Indy is 17+ yrs old; I took Indy to be mine when she was 4 wks old, along with her sister C.C. Today Indy was throwing up whether it be her solid food or water. She is blind, she has kidney issues(failing), she has 'kitty dementia' (some days not being as good as others), and it's possible she has had a small stroke. But this group of people focused on only doing what they could to find out what was wrong and try to make her feel better - and at the same time, being there for me as well with their understanding and kindness. Dr. Worth was on duty this very early a.m. and she had seen Indy in January because of dehydration; today she took care of her (and me) just as well as she had 8 months ago - like no time had passed between us, I was that comfortable; she talked TO me, not down to me, she didn't hurry, and even sent someone back to say she hadn't forgotten me but the kidney analysis wasn't quite finished yet. I was never left hanging or left alone for any length of time. We came home knowing we / Indy had gotten the very best care available. Later that afternoon, her Doctor, Dr. Bates, called me after going over her file; he didn't hurry me along although he knew I had everything going in the right direction - but he even took the time to talk with me as if he had the time for me and my problem all by itself to help put my mind at ease, but at the same time being completely honest and realistic with me; that I should call him later if I needed to but to definitely call in the morning again.



You have to go to this clinic, hospital, just a couple/3 times and you will understand completely how dedicated and compassionate they all are to their patients and their patients 'moms and dads'. This isn't just a job to them, it is their calling, a vocation so to say. It is a responsibility they take very seriously for their furry or feathered patients and the owners as well. I've been there so many times, I can tell you it is not just me they are this way with, they are like this with everyone who walks through their doors. There are hugs and smiles and chats - perhaps short at times because of the volume of calls or patients right then - but not one single person is treated unequally. I cannot imagine going to another clinic or pet hospital; I cannot imagine going to another Doctor or Doctors; and I cannot imagine what the office would be like without the support staff that has the practitioners and clients backs alike. I don't just recommend them, I recommend them very highly. They are, without reservation on my part, the most wonderful group, as a whole, and individually, of animal people I have ever met. If they would ever move, I would follow wherever they went. Saying I love them is not an understatement.

From bad to worse. Would not recommend to anyone even for emergency care...drive the distance to pass this place up!!! Please do your "Furrbaby" a big favor.

It went well as usual. Unfortunately all of my furry babies have special needs so we visit Dr. Bates and his staff often. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable.

They saved my cat's life. We didn't know what was wrong and they did service for 3 days. They called me at home and they finally found out what's wrong and it looks like it worked. My cat is okay. What's important to me is quality of life. You don't just try to keep animal alive regardless. They have to have a quality of life and the doctors are the head bed. I worked with them for 5 years and they had me put another animal down because it wasn't worth the expense to get 3 or 4 months of life. With this animal, after the blood work came back, there was no reason not to keep looking and she came out fine. They are very knowledgeable and very professional. The facility looks clean and professional to me.

They're a good company and I like their services. Everything is clean and well organized. They are supportive and they take good care of your pets.

They are awesome. Their prices are always fair. They are always really good with my animals. I have a cat and a dog.

It's expensive though the service is good. They charge $200 a year for a wellness program. Then, if they do any services on the dog, like surgery or something, they'll knock 10% off the surgery bill, which isn't much. They're very good though, but very expensive.

The prices are great and the people are super-friendly. We keep using them because of the amount of care that they give our animals.

I really like Imperial Animal Hospital. The office is very clean. The vet that I use is very knowledgeable.

They are very caring. We see the same vet each time so it feels as if you are going to your own doctor and they know your dog. They are very nice people. The people behind the desk are very considerate as well.

They are really responsive and are punctual. They really care about animals. Their prices are really good and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They are very compassionate and always go the extra mile.
