We have used Overhead Door for all of our garage door needs. I can't speak to their pricing as we haven't done any comparisons. They've always been here when they promised, done quality work, and we will continue to use them in the future.

Dewayne Dennison replaced my old garage door with a beautiful steel insulated door. He came on time for both the estimate and the
installation. The door is premium quality with a sandstone color finish; it had to be custom ordered and Dewayne said it would take 2 weeks to come in, which it did. It only took 3 hours to complete installation and Dewayne corrected the sensor placement that the previous owner had made to the wall rather than the track. He attached the keyless entry, programmed the remote in my vehicle, hauled away the old door, and even swept out my garage of debris that wasn't even his! Fantastic door! Fantastic installation! Fantastic price!

I was impressed because they explained everything they were doing, they found some some screws that were missing and they replaced them without any charge for time or materials.

We had used South County Overhead Door in the past and had been very pleased with their work. When our garage door started to have problems opening and closing, we found the company's old receipts and called them (we didn't know the firm had merged with Imperial Door and couldn't find them in the printed Yellow Pages). Mr. Dennison returned our message left on their voice mail promptly, and was able to inspect our door the next day. He agreed with my husband's opinion that one sensor was shot, and said he could get a new one, or a pair, put in within two days. My husband told him to replace them both, because the other was likely to have problems soon as well. On the second day, he called, we arranged a time, and he came and did the work. Mr.Dennison was very friendly and polite, worked quickly (we were charged for a service call and 1/2 hour labor), and included the services of oiling and greasing various parts. He also left the old sensors for my husband to look at.
