The service was great they fixed my problems. The staff was very friendly. They cleaned up very well. They explained everything.

We had a leak that other roofing companies couldn't pinpoint.   Hennis found and fixed the area perfectly.   Lots of experience and know-how.  If I have any other roofing or exterior issues this is THE ONLY company I will call.

During heavy rainstorms we developed a leak in our roof that caused water to drip onto our ceiling.  Initially, we thought it was a leaky AC unit in the attic, so we had a heating and cooling contractor look at that.  It turned out that was not the problem, so we called Mike Hennis, who we had used to repair our roof previously.  He diagnosed the problem and replaced some flashing on the roof.  That slowed the leak but didn't stop it completely, so Mike came back and did more work on the flashing at no additional charge.  While he was here he also looked at some leaks around windows that we had a problem with.  Although fixing those window problems was outside of his normal work, he did give us very good advice on what the problem was.

We had actually gotten the original estimate last April, after hail damage occurred, but it took us almost a year to get around to doing it. Mike Hennis honored the quote from last year. We were scheduled within a week, and it only took them a day and a half to complete the job. The crew was professional and I didn't hear any swearing or rough talk while they were working, which was nice because I have two small children. I had one question and one small problem after the job was finished, and Mike came by within a couple of days to check it out and fix it. Also, four other neighbors on our street had Hennis do their roofs.

They worked directly with the insurance adjuster to ensure no out of pocket costs to me. Also, they were very courteous and cleaned up exceptionally well (even getting on their hands and knees to pick up nails, etc...) They tore off the roof one day and the next day the new roof was completed. They were great!

We had a leak that was causing water damage to interior dry wall on the first floor. It had proven to be very difficult to find the source and cause of the leak. Hennis came out and was able to find the cause and repair it. Since then, there is no further leaking or water damage. They have very friendly and efficient service. We didn't need to be at home for their service visits.

THE PLUMBER WAS VERY PROMPT. HE DID AN EXCELLENT CLEAN-UP. UNFORTUNATELY I WON'T KNOW IF THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED UNTIL AFTER A COUPLE OF HEAVY RAINS.

THEY WERE FAST, WERE THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE, WERE RELIABLE, AND DID A GOOD JOB ON ROOF.
