It went really well. We have used them before for a retaining wall. They are always professional.

Roy was on schedule, as usual, & immediately got busy cutting the break in the trunk so the tree would fall away from the house. His crews were all busy so he did this one himself. As soon as the tree fell he got busy cutting the branches away from the trunk & dragged them over to his truck for grinding. Then he started cutting the trunk into sections & rolled them over to the truck to be ground up. After that was done he rolled out the stump grinder & positioned it; it took longer to grind the stump.  He took it down under the ground level. Roy & his wife then picked up & raked up the lawn really good. They leveled the shredded stump pile also.
When he finished that area they went to the other tree & began trimming, dragging branches to the grinder & cleaned up when done. While he was working on that tree my neighbor came over & asked if he could cut a couple dead branches from her tree. He went down there & cut them down for her, dragged them down the street & ground them up.
Note: In the 12 years we've lived here G & G has removed all the original trees except for 1, which is still in good shape. If in the future it starts to die, I will call Roy of G & G Lawn Care to take care of it.

Roy and his crew did a great job.  Only problem, and it was not a problem on my end, was the weather.  Like all landscape business, rain can play havoc with schedules.  G&G was very customer focused keeping me informed of the projected work schedule.  Delays were caused by weather (lots of rain).  I know other people may complain but they are not being realistic.  Job was done on time.  Now all I need to do is plant my roses.
I anticipate using them again to replace old huge, landscape blocks in front next year.

We waited way too long to handle the fungus and it overtook our front yard before finally calling G&G.
The owner came out himself and sprayed and had the grass looking great in a short amount of time.
We also have a large hill in back yard that is in shade and we've seeded and had seeded numerous
times.  The owner of G&G slit seeded the hill and it looks much better, but we will have this done
again soon, as it's still muddy and bare spots.
G&G employees cut down a large gum ball tree in front yard and ground out the stump.  Cleaned
up very nicely and were professional and finished the job promptly.
Overall, VERY satisfied with G&G.

They are reliable, nice, they follow through. They have wide range of services that they offer. We would continue to use them.

They tell me they are going to be here on Tuesday, and they are here on Tuesday. Usually the crews are well identified and they are dressed professionally. They come in get the work done and they leave, When they removed everything, it was all cleaned up. I am quite happy with what they do.

Well, first of all, it is great to not have to cut my yard any more. I have a large (2/3 of an acre) yard, and it is hilly and the front is really a pain. That said, I guess when you live at the house, you generally do a better job and care more about how it looks. The work has been sloppy, the trimming hap-hazard. For some reason, they wouldn't cut my way back yard, even though they were told repeatedly that that really was my yard, too. I think I've got that part cut twice all summer, just because I happened to be home when they arrived.

They were excellent. I asked them to cut criss crosses on the stumps and they did. If you put salt on those then the stumps dissolve faster.

It took them longer then expected but they stuck with their price and the areas they worked on look great. Any time I had a question, they had an answer or I could call and get an answer. They are the best lawn care service I have used and will certainly use them in the future.

I called for an estimate. A guy (the owner, I think) came out to look at the project. He looked at the trees, talked to me about their service and what makes G & G different (no spikes used), and provided me with an estimate. I called them to schedule the work. They told me that they would call the power company to schedule the line drop (almost a month out). Meanwhile, they asked me to sign and send the contract back to them, which I did. I called them the day before the work was to be completed to confirm. They were friendly and ready to go. They arrived the next day with 4 men around 8:00 am. One man climbed the tree to cut while the other men hauled the branches away to be shredded. They worked all day and were done around 4:00 pm. They cleaned up the entire site really well. I was sent a bill a few days later.

Workmen did the work and cleaned up properly.

Called for estimate in March. Came out within a few days. Received estimate by mail in a couple of days. Work preformed in mid-May.

They were on time, service was great. I was very pleased with how kind the workers were to me and how honest the company was. The trees were taken down and the stumps were ground away in no time. GREAT COMPANY!

VERY FAST, COURTEOUS WORKERS. VERY CAREFUL. I EXPECTED DAMAGE TO BRICK PATIO DIRECTLY UNDER THE TREE THAT HAD TO BE REMOVED, BUT THERE WAS NONE! I DID TAKE 4 MONTHS FOR WORK TO BEGIN. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. I WAS IN NO HURRY. I GOT ESTIMATES FROM TWO OTHER COMPANIES. G & G WAS THE CHEAPEST.

I CONTRACTED FOR TREE AND SHRUB REMOVAL AND SOME SHRUB TRIMMING. IN JULY I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 2 WEEKS. THEY WERE FINALLY ABLE TO DO THE JOB IN SEPTEMBER. I ALSO REQUESTED LANDSCAPING SERVICES TO REPLACE THE SHRUBS THAT WERE REMOVED. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET AN UNDERSTANDABLE BID FROM THEM AND WILL HAVE TO FIND ANOTHER SERVICE. SINCE THE WORK WAS ''COMPLETED'', I WILL NEED TO SPEND SEVERAL WEEKENDS FINISHING -- REMOVING ROOTS, TRIMMING SHRUBS, ETC. THAT WEREN'T DONE PROPERLY.

CAME WITH LARGE CREW, SO WORK WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. CLEARED AREA FOR SAFETY. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY ARE YOUNG AND ENERGETIC. THEY CAME QUICKLY, IN SPITE OF BEING VERY BUSY BECAUSE OF STORM DAMAGE, AND IMPRESSED THE NEIGHBORHOOD WITH THEIR SKILL.
