He was prompt, courteous and extremely helpful. In addition to snaking the toilets and fixing the problem, he also gave up tips on how to avoid future stop ups. We implemented his recommendations and haven't had any problems since!

VERY PROMPT SERVICE. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS ABLE TO SOLVE PROBLEM AND MAKES REPAIRS QUICKLY. EXPLAINED REPAIR PROCESS NEEDED FOR PLUMBING. CARRIED OUT THE REPAIRS AND MADE CERTAIN THAT I WAS HAPPY WITH THE WORK.
