Heating and Air Conditioning Service
DENNIS INSTALLED THE NEW UNITS IN THE APARTMENTS WHEN I WAS PURCHASING THE BUILDING 3 YEARS AGO. (I LIVE IN ONE UNIT AND THE OTHER UNIT IS RENTAL PROPERTY.) DENNIS HAD A VERY TIGHT SPACE IN WHICH TO WORK WITH THE SECOND FLOOR UNIT. HE WORKED DILIGENTLY TO GET THE UNIT TO FIT INTO THE SPACE AND PERFORM PROPERLY. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE UNITS DURING THESE THREE YEARS, HOWEVER, I ASK HIM TO COME OUT AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH SEASON TO CHECK THEM. HE IS ALWAYS RELIABLE, POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND REASONABLY PRICED. HE HAS A LOT OF INTEGRITY AND I FEEL I CAN RELY ON WHAT HE TELLS ME. (I WAS A TENANT IN MY BUILDING BEFORE I BOUGHT THE PROPERTY. THE FORMER OWNER USED DENNIS FOR HEATING AND A/C. THAT'S HOW I BECAME FAMILIAR WITH HIM AND HIS WORK AND WANTED TO CONTINUE USING HIM AFTER I PURCHASED THE BUILDING.)
