They were on time as they said they would be and were professional. Their communication worked out great; they called us beforehand to let us know they were on the way. Their pricing was better than any other bid we got.

It went great, they were very polite, explained the process, and even identified some previous work that was not up to code. Very knowledgable and friendly.

We had an excellent experience with this company, they were very friendly and knowledgable. We had about 4 bids from companies that we actually liked. We chose 3 Rivers for a few reasons. Chris ( who was our electrician), full understood what i wanted and didnt stear me away from what i wanted done. I couldnt believe one of the other companies the saleman kept talking me out of what i wanted to do and to do something more basic. 3 Rivers went above and beyond what i asked and even offered tips and ideas to improve on what i wanted. There are things that we had done that i didnt realize existed but mostly because i dont work in that industry. I relied heavily upon the brand and type of light fixtures,switches,colors, type of bulbs to use in certain areas. I couldnt believe how it turned out. My wife, fell in love with the kitchen, there is so much lighting and its all adjustable to your liking at different times. You can dim them up, down, on or off. We were very concerned with the amount of heat that the lights would put off, Chris from 3 Rivers was the only person to bring up suggestions on a different type of bulb to avoid the heat issue before we had the work done. That was a sign of an electrician who cares about the work he does. Thats the type of work we wanted from an electrician. My MANCAVE, turned out amazing. I get so many compliments on the theatre room and my bar. It is truely amazing the difference lighting can make in a room and being able to adjust it puts the icing on the cake. Our outdoor lighting turned out great, our house backs up to a park where we constantly had deer behind our fence, i wanted 2 lights on a seperate switch that would point directly at the tree line so we could spot our critters and animals and that turned out great. We had lights installed to lightup our pool area and our patio. Switches that could adjust each scene as we wanted it turned out great. We have already had a friend of ours use them for their kitchen and they were very satisfied. Finding good technicians are hard to come by, we think we found the best.
