I would definitely use Tim as our home inspector again. He ran ever little mistake down to me and explain why it wouldnâ t or might pass the inspection. Tim showed pictures of what I couldnâ t see and gave his full truth opinion which was definitely greatful for and his great work!

Over the years in buying and selling homes it has been a trying experience with many inspections unclear, missed items of great importance, and little time spent with previous, and potential new owners. This of course, can also be attributed to a poor real estate agent! This inspection took place with myself watching and his time spent going over every item that may be my concern in the purchase of this home. Best Ever! Hire him!
