Description of Work: I contacted a number of roofers from Angies List to evaluate a flat roof on a 4 family in St Louis. 2 Contractors told me that no choice but tear off and replacement would suffice. Williams representative explained that a coating product they use along with complete reflashing would solve our issues. Upon completion we heard nothing from the tenant and assumed the work was a success. In February the tenant told us the roof was continuing to leak. We contacted Williams they assigned a person to manage the trouble. They made a half dozen visits to our continued calls of leaking and in August they suggested they had done everything they could think of suggesting we purchase more coating. I suggested that they guaranteed the work and that they never satisfied the original contract to stop the leaks. I spent over $8600.00 and the roof still leaks so you can decide how you would rate the work.

Description of Work: I had some wind and ice damage due to some severe winter weather. It wasn't enough to justify getting a new roof or claiming insurance. Williams American was referred to me from another roofing company because the repair was on a flat roof. They came out to look at the roof and completed the repairs within two weeks. Considering how long it has taken me to get other repairs done in the past, I was extremely happy with the results.

Description of Work: They did a resurfacing of a flat roofed building. My only complaint is the roof had some architectural features that I asked to have saved and they disappeared. I asked and was kid of dismissed.
