We are the "The Cullen Team" Ann Cullen Rothweil and Kathleen Cullen Meier and we are with Realty Executives Premiere located in Eureka and High Ridge Missouri. Our House Springs office is the #1 office in the Northwest Jefferson County in Sales and recently opened a second office in Eureka MO. Our office sales more than 50% of our own listings consistently for over three years. The office advertises every week in the Current Newspaper, has billboards throughout the area, and we are out in the community participating in many local fundraisers and community events. The following is just a few: Toy for Totes, Back to School Supplies, Trivia Nights for local schools, Eureka Days, and The American Cancer Society in which our office has team for Relay for Life that generated over $11,000 last year in fundraising putting us #1 in the area. As you can see, not only do we work for the residence of Jefferson and St. Louis County, we are very active in the community.
