I am a small business owner and employ myself and 1 to 2 others at a time. I carry general liability coverage. Upon signing we require 1/3 down payment to start your job, 1/3 payment half way through, and the final 1/3 payment upon completion and your satisfaction of the job. Small jobs one to two days or regular maintenance are pay upon completion.
