Lawn Tool Repair
ROBERTS INSTALLED A NEW HALF BLOCK, BUT HE FAILED TO MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE ENGINE AFTERWARDS SO IT WOULD RUN. WHEN HE RETURNED THE LAWNMOWER, IT HAD A RUN DOWN BATTERY THAT WASN'T MINE AND IT REQUIRED 24 HOURS TO BE CHARGED. AFTER CHARGING THE BATTERY THE FOLLOWING DAY, THE ENGINE FAILED TO START. CALLS TO ROBERTS INITIALLY BROUGHT PROMISES TO RETURN & FIX THE PROBLEM. HE NEVER DID. HE STOPPED ANSWERING BOTH HIS CELL AND BUSINESS PHONE & NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. IT TOOK ANOTHER LAWNMOWER REPAIR SHOP & AN ADDITIONAL $400 TO MAKE THE LAWNMOWER RUN.
