Inspection went smoothly, professional service. Good recommendations for the future. Termite maintenance service was offered, but was too expensive for me. Would use him again and can recommend him.

Appointment was set within 2 days of contacting the company. Jack arrived on time. He conveyed his plan after listening to my problem. Performed the work. He was knowledgeable and professional. My other family members have been happily using this company for many years.

The overall job goes well as always. The guy who works with us, his name is Jack. He is thorough. He is trustworthy. He not only sprays the house practically, but he also looks out for potential problem that can be evolving. He does lot of research on cutting edge, pesticide and technology right now. He takes me seriously; when I have bug concerns he doesn't tell it?s not a problem in this area. He really stops and explains how it can become a bigger problem if really there are no bugs actually living in this area. He is very knowledgeable and he takes time to do that. He doesn't just come in spray and locked the door again. He gives a window time frame and he is always within that window usually toward the end of the window though. Actually I stay far from the city so he drives quite a bit here. He is super responsive. If I call him on Thursday saying that I saw one end of the kitchen and he says can I come by tomorrow. I will continue to use their service in the future.

The company is dependable (comes at appointment time), effective and price is reasonable. Have had problems (especially with ants last year), and they go above and beyond trying to find cause of problem and treating it ppropriately.
