Imperial Stone Inc

We went to Imperial Stone to look at granite for our kitchen.  Since we are moving, we just wanted the most basic grade of granite without all the bells and whistles.  John did a good job of showing us around and helping us pick out a slab from what they had on hand.  We placed the order, and 7 days later it was installed.  The entire process was very easy and pain-free, and the counters look great.  

We were told they would call in two weeks when the granite we ordered arrived at the stone yard. We did not receive a call back, so I just called them again and the granite was in. Granite was selected at stone yard and found to be in excellent condition. Installation went very well. We are loving the granite and the under mount sink they supplied. Not the cheapest solution but everything went well and the product (1'' tan brown granite) is high quality.

We had a lot of counter space. They came in and did an excellent job in 1 day. We ripped out the old ones ourselves to save a little money and it was an easy job.

Four men came to install the granite and it took them 6 hours. They did a really good job. There were fewer minor wall damages than we expected. I'm shocked at how perfect their measurements were even though they didn't remove our old countertops to measure. We're extremely pleased with the results and the frustrations along the way (measuring, templating, scheduling, etc.) were worth the money we saved by choosing Imperial Stone. John called days later to make sure we were happy with their work. I was very impressed that he followed up.
