These guys are crooks. Paid $475 for christmas lights in October 2023. Kept making excuses for why lights were not installed. Finally, two weeks before christmas, they told me they could not get to me and would refund all my money and put them up next year for free. Have called multiple times. It's now April and I still dont have my money back. Scammers.....

Very concerned. I think i just got scammed out of $400. Paid in July for holiday lights as they called due to lack of performance last year ( i did get refunded) and the reviews looked ok last year. Now phone numbers have changed. I have left messages. We will see but i would recommend at this point for people to keep shopping.

He came with references from friends. Look at the other reviews, Bruce promised to overseeding and aerate in the fall but failed to show up. Bruce then promised to send his best guy out on 1 March. Paid for a full year of service and got half that at best. I have cameras and so does the neighbor. None of them show his guy showing up on the days stated or any other day. It picked up the other lawn services at the other homes.

We gave them $500 to do our Christmas lights in October, no Christmas lights. It's March now, we still haven't received a refund after contacting them several times over. Please, please, PLEASE avoid this company at all costs.

I paid for Christmas lighting in early November which was supposed to be installed no later than the weekend after Thanksgiving. Now they have been giving me the run around for 3 weeks and have not returned my money. Do not do business with this company or it’s owner Frank Ray.

I have paid in full to have my holiday lights installed and they are still not up as of today Dec 7th. We were told 2 weeks after we paid ( Oct 7th)- to 1 week after thanksgiving for installation. I have contacted multiple times and been told soon. It’s not worth it at this point.

Scam artist! Frank Ray uses multiple business names (the ones I know of are GreenCo, GROW Lawn Care, GreenPrint Lawn Care, and Service Pro Company.) He keeps doing business under new names because he keeps getting poor reviews and reported. We paid him $725 over the course of 1.5 years to do lawn treatments (weed control, fertilizer, aeration, seeding, etc) and he helped himself to another $264 in random charges to our bank card during that time frame. We have never seen this guy actually service the lawn, so it's doubtful that he ever did any of what he was paid to do. He gives excuses as to why the money hasn't been refunded yet. He has multiple negative reviews online all saying that he charges money and doesn't complete the work, and makes other random charges to a person's account. DO NOT HIRE!

Jim is a very experienced guy, knowledgeable, friendly, very professional, accommodating and I am really satisfied. I just let him use his discretion.

The lawn is improved, but not up to standard we were promised. I have also tried talking to the representative applying treatment with questions and have been ignored. I finally had to call and complain about a weed that was taking over my lawn and encroaching on our neighbors. They finally came to respray but never told me. I just found their sign in the front yard. I was also offered an additional treatment for insect repellent at a discounted price. I accepted the offer and was contacted a week later with the same treatment at a lower price. Once he found that I had already accepted the previous offer, he apologized for calling and informed me that I could not get the better price.

It has not gone well so far. They have come out 3 times this whole year.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I used them for two years - they did extensive landscape work on my property.  About 80% of the plant material died after a few months.  I was promised they would be replaced the next spring.  The next spring they bid on more work.  Again, 80% of the plant material died, and they left huge gashes in the lawn where they worked.  I tried very hard to have them fix all the problems, but when I found out they were taking money out on my debit card without my knowlege, I told them I was finished with them.  I was promised a refund which never came.  I took them to small claims court and got a judgement against them.  I haven't been paid yet, but am working on that.

On 1/6/2012, I
signed up for a 1 year lawn agreement and paid Green Print $347.00 in advance
for 7 applications including Aerating and Over-seeding. I was told they would
e-mail me when a treatment was made. The first treatment was done 4/20,but I
received no e-mail. I received the next 3 treatments with e-mails stating that
they applied spot weed control. According to the lawn care schedule, I was to
receive the Aeration/Over-seeding before the end of October. At the end of
October, I had my sprinkler system turned off. They called in late Oct. and
said they were going to aerate and seed in November. Since I couldn't find and
mark the sprinkler heads, I had to cancel the aeration/over-seed and wanted to
cancel the remaining service (11/1/2012). The salesman talked us into continuing
the last 2 treatments in November and December. On 12/7, the technician called
and said he would be out within 2 weeks. No treatment was done. On 12/22, the
technician called again and tried to get me to sign up for next year. Since no
service was done, he told me he would cancel the last 2 treatments and refund
my money. On 1/3/2013, the salesman called and tried to sign me up for the new  year. When I stated that I wanted a refund
for the remaining unfinished service, he stated that "there were no
refunds after 30 days of scheduling". The salesman was rude in his high
pressure sales of service for the upcoming year.
