I hire these guys to do a deck for me they're workmanship is poor quality didn't even pass inspection not to mention that had to be torn down and rebuilt so I'm out of 25,000 also found a crack pipe under my porch that they lost I would not recommend these guys! Bunch of low life's!

We set a start date after agreeing on the work to be done. They came on time and completed the job in three (3) days. It matches the rest of the driveway perfectly.

The front footing of the garage were too high which created a steep angle from the alley.  I was really concerned about this.  B&D shared my concerns and remedied the situation very well.  The outcome was better than I expected.  They were always on time and professional with exceptional work and attention to detail.  I plan on using them again in the future.

I'd used Dave's services previously for my back patio, but I still got 2 other bids besides his for the front porch.  Dave's was the best bid price-wise, but I also liked his ideas for fixing the issue of the porch rising and lowering during the cold and rainy seasons.
The original porch was about 20' long, 4' wide, and 7' deep, and had a crack almost all the way thru the depth of the porch, and across the entire width.   When pulling out the old porch, they discovered it had not been poured to the footers, one of the reasons for the rising and lowering.  Finished porch is approx 21'7" long, 5'5" wide, and 10" deep.
Dave returned my initial call quickly, but also was responsive after he had the bid, and during the entire process.  
Dave and his crew did a great job, I love my new front porch. Dave is friendly and easy to work with, as were all of his crew. They worked hard and fast, and were always polite and answered my questions. 
I've only used Dave for concrete work, but would call him for other types of construction he now does.  I've just sent his name to my financial guy to give to his clients.

AWESOME. Dave and his crew are always great. I have been using B&D for over 15 years and they have done work ranging from custom concrete patios to full basement renovation. I wouldn't call anyone else, and don't.

It was good. There were no issues there. It worked out well.

First of all I gave Dale and his team of professionals all A+ because the experience was really that good! Dale was personable, knew he stuff, and brought a competent team with him to knock it out in just three days! My father and brother drove up while I was out of town to meet them there and to complete some work that needed to happen (electrical conduit, etc.) before they could pour the concrete. Dale worked with both of them and made suggestions on how to go about their tasks while Dale's team prepared the area for the concrete to be poured. Not only did Dale prioritize my work (because I had a party the same weekend) but he did it in such a way that his other clients weren't impacted. He was transparent about costs and made it clear what the success criteria for a successful job was going to entail. The biggest and quot;winand quot; was that Dale was LITERALLY less than half of the cost of another contractor that quoted me $7500.00 for the exact same job! He even took the time to enjoy a beverage with my dad. Now that is what I call a great guy! There were other funny stories that came out of the overall experience too! I love working with people like Dale and I hope to see his business skyrocket after my review.

He took my 50 bucks and never gave me a plan and he was supposed to give me a landscaping plan. He had an advertisement that for 50 bucks he would actually draw up a plan and give an estimate. He never responded and never answered but just took the money.

I have used them multiple times. I am very satisfied with their services of concrete repair.

All work was performed on time as promised for the price which was promised. We were given many choices and options on how the work would be performed. The workers were all very polite, punctual, and professional. I would highly recommend this contractor to my friends and family.

Dave came to look at my house within two days of my phone call. I showed him the areas that I had concerns with and he made practical suggestions for how I could make the repairs I wanted in the least costly way. There was no pressure to complete all the work at once. He was willing to work around my schedule and the repairs were completed at times that were convenient for me.
Dave and his crew arrived at the appointed times, the work was done quickly, efficiently, and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the areas where they worked and protected the areas near their work from dirt and damage. I was treated with courtesy by Dave and all members of his crew.
The work that was done has made the house look so much nicer and has enhanced the value of my home. I have already asked Dave to do work at my new house when I am ready and have referred his company to several of my friends.

I had called 4 concrete companies from Angie's List with the best reviews. Dave was one of them, he came over and gave me an estimate and not only was comparable but he gave some ideas to resolve my problem. He came next day and started the work, and not only the work turned out great, but better that what I expected, he was very neat and clean. I will of course reccommend Dave very highly !!!!. Thank you Dave you got one happy customer !!!!.

The work turned out great! I had several estimates and they were the cheapest. Other estimates were at least $1,500 more. We did have a problem with the weather as it was raining and they can't do the work in the rain. It took a little longer than expected only because of the weather. I would hire them again.

I called Band D and left a message about what work I wanted done. The property has an outside drain by a back basement door. This is a small area and not easy to work in. The concrete was broken all around the drain. Dave called me back within an hour. We set up a time to meet at the property. Dave was prompt and courteous. We agreed on a price and date that I was very happy with. Dave and his crew showed up as scheduled, the work was performed and everything went well. I am very happy with Dand B and will absolutely use him again in the future. Thanks again, Dave.

I contacted Band D for an estimate in late-July to demolish our concrete patio and in-ground pool, and to fill in pool and resurface the entire patio area. Larry O'Harver was quick to respond to meet me at the property. He had a proposal ready for me by the next day, July 30, 2012. I took my time in getting other bids, and decided that Band D was the most professional and provided a very thorough proposal. I contacted Larry in mid-August and told him that I wanted Band D to do the job. The work was scheduled for the last week in August. It took them about 3 days to demolish and resurface the area. It was a beautiful job. I had one small issue with the siding being left pulled away from the house, but Larry was out there the next day tending to that issue. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend them to others.

I called Dave after seeing the large number of great reviews on Angie's List. Dave was as friendly and easy going as everyone had mentioned. He came over and looked the project over in late July or early August. He mentioned then that he was backed up pretty far, and that it would be several months before he could get to it, but I was fine with that as long as it got done this year. Dave submitted his bid, which was in line with several others, but with his stellar reviews on Angie's List, I was compelled to go with him if he was even in the ballpark of the other bids.
Dave and his crew came over in October, as expected, and immediately went to work removing the old concrete. They spent a couple days removing the concrete, and trucking it out. They then had to dig up a large amount of dirt to expand the patio. That was trucked out as well. They then brought in approximately 10 tons of rock to fill in the patio area. Once that was completed, they poured the concrete, and acid washed it several times. It came out looking very nice, and my wifeand i were very impressed with the look of the concrete. Dave also added a little extra to the look by bricking up the support pillars to make it look original. Once all this was complete, the porch was built. The porch was built very sturdy using treated lumber. It also came out looking very nice.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we plan to have Dave back in the spring to do some more concrete work for us. His crew was very hard working, and very professional. They cleaned everything up as if they were never there.

I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and, even more, their attention to quality and customer service. It was an incredibly hot week when they did the work but they showed up as promised, explained exactly what they intended to do to solve our problem, and began work immediately. There was initially a cosmetic problem with the concrete but when we pointed it out to them their very first response was "If you're not happy, we'll do whatever it takes to solve your concerns." They came back the following day with their full crew, fixed the problem, and followed up to make sure it was to our satisfaction. It was. We were so impressed we asked for and received a very reasonable bid to add new sections to our patio. They came back and again completed it quickly, with a minimum of wear and tear on our landscaping. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing concrete work done.

I wanted a new front porch and had some ideas but wanted an expert opinion. I had originally called two other companies who did not return my call. I did get a bid from one other company but did not feel confident in them. I called B and D and spoke to Dave. I liked him right away. He came over and gave me great ideas about having it match my house and I felt very confident in hiring them. He even thanked me for calling and giving them the job! How unlike being ignored by the other companies. My porch is completed and I am very happy with it. It looks better than I imagined. Dave said he wanted me to be happy and I am. I had some trouble with my front door which had nothing to do with the new porch but he took his valuable time to try to help me with it and I appreciated that very much. I would definitely recommend this company.
