We signed the contract on  Wed., 12 Sept; work was begun and completed in one day; Fri., 14 Sep.
The two workers arrived on time the morning they were expected and commenced working after answering all the questions that we had for them.  The job took all day but was completed as expected.
Fortunately, the jackhammering did not take long, less than an hour.  Once this was done, the workers dug out beneath the slab and foundation.  It was the digging and removal of waste that took most of the day, this was the most labor -intensive part of the job.  Once this was done, the drain tile sump-pit was installed and covered where necessary and new concrete was poured and smoothed.  
The crew cleaned up all of their debris, equipment, and mess.  As stated earlier, the dust was our problem.  Rex, the foreman, stated the it could take several days before all the dust settled.
I should point out that at each major step of the project, Rex asked if we wanted to see what had been done.  
 Upon completion, Rex asked if we had any questions for him about the work or what to expect.  He answered our questions to the best of our comprehension.
Since the work was finished, we have not had any rain water leaking onto our basement floor and there have been several rains that would have normally resulted in water on the floor.  However, I am hoping and waiting for several days of heavy rain so the new drain tile can be adequately tested.
Overall, we are very happy with the work and what All-Systems did for us.
