They showed up once to discuss the project and never appeared again, despite repeated promises. Calls to them most often went to a voice message obviously recorded by a small child. When I finally got an adult a very, very rude woman basically told me to stop bothering them - that I should shut up and wait for them to call me. This was a dramatic change from my previous experience with them.
