 + -1 moreTook 3 weeks to get part on a less than a year old plasma tv. When the part came in they called to set up a time to fix the tv and agreed on a set time. They were an hour late with no call to tell me they were running late but they were efficient when it came to putting the part on.
Description of Work: Not a bad experience considering we had an extended warranty with Best Buy.

 + -1 moreI called Volume Mart in the morning, brought the TV in the same day, and they performed the repair before they closed that afternoon. Their policy is to charge $60 for an estimate for my type of TV (a 32-inch LCD), and the estimate fee is applicable toward the repair or toward the purchase of a used TV from their showroom. The repair work was timely and good.
Description of Work: Repair of faulty power supply in a 32 inch LCD TV.
