 + -1 morePenberthy came out to the house to help me figure out how we'd even do the rewiring. I had had other electricians come out and none of them really tried to figure out how the job could be done. However, Penberthy looked things over and we figured out how we could do it. I'm renovating the house so he told me of some ceiling areas and other spots I could open on my own before they came out to work. I imagine they would have been happy to do that exploratory work, but letting me do saved me labor money and allowed me to see if our plan would work. Penberthy figured out how to rewire 3 rooms without having to add another breaker box. His crew and he showed up on time and worked quickly. Because its a renovation, plans can change or you sometimes figure out things as you go. Penberthy was happy to offer suggestions and modify his work approach to meet my goals.
Description of Work: I had them rewire electrical in a 130 year old house that's been converted into a duplex. The nature of the house's construction over the years left it with multiple types of wiring and many brick walls to work around. I had them rewire a bathroom, living room and dining room. This required a complex running of wires from a back room circuit box with no crawl space and no attic access.
