He did put in the security. I had some black boxes on the computer screens when I turned them on and I had never had them before they did the work. I called him about the black boxes on the screen as well as an icon that had been deleted from my screen without my knowledge. He took a long time to respond to my calls and when he came back out to resolve the issue he was very rude.
