We like them. We have developed a close association with them and would take anything to them short of a major engine overhaul and then we would go back to the dealership for that type of thing. We would have them look at things like breaks and standard maintenance type of things. They treat us extremely well. They are always professional and nice. We have some shared hobbies in common but we could not think more highly of Mr. Brown. Their pricing is comparable.

My wife and I have four vehicles and we have had Rand R do all of the maintenance and repair on those cars for many years. Rand R will go beyond and above most car repair shops to find the problem and not just replace parts until the problem is fixed. Rand R's price is fair and their service is prompt and professional.

I have been using him for years because he is good and honest. I take my car down to him when he is available, and he is responsive to my needs. He is punctual as long as I am; I don't go there whenever I like because he does not put up with that. His professionalism is good too. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.
