These people are horrible!! I have so much to say.....they are never on time always making excuses. They ruined my dresser and I confronted them about it at the last service. They promised to fix it next time.... I agreed and scheduled my next visit... Btw this is over a 500 piece of furniture... The damage they did to it is so bad a wood refinished quoted me 750... And was in awe about what had happened. The time for my next visit came they had not confirmed.. So I made a phone call and text to confirm. They confirmed with me, the day of the cleaning came I was home expecting them, Amy the owner of the company who I usually talked to texted me they are not able to make it. When I called her she went on to say they had been in a car accident the day after my last cleaning and she broke her arm....now why would she confirm with me the day before if that is the case???? She then acted like it was my fault and accused me of rescheduling with her.......so I rescheduled with her for a 2 weeks later she agreed. The night before I texted to confirm she never texted back... The next day nobody came and I never received a text or phone call.. I texted her to tell her how unprofessional she is and to let her know that I expect them to make this situation right 5 days later I receive a text asking to schedule a visit I called and spoke to her and scheduled a visit for 11:30 on Thursday of the following week the the March 27th 2014.... I revived a text from her confirming the night before at 11pm..they sent me a text saying in there way at 11:30... They never showed, I waited for 2 and a half hours and made several attempts to call and text... They never responded. Please do herself a favor and save yourself the stress and do not use this company.
