Description of Work: Kevin responded in a heart beat during our recent heat wave to repair one of our units. The first problem was damage done by a family of mice who took up residence in the outside unit. Although this was quickly fixed, Kevin had to return due to faulty (non-American made) parts that have flood his supply market. Again his response was timely, and the problem was resolved. His responsiveness, skill set, customer service, and fair pricing will always put him at the top of our list.

Description of Work: I noticed the air coming out of the registers was not cold. I called on a Saturday night. Kevin came out on Monday morning and after testing everything he could, he found a freon leak. Unfortunately the unit was over 20 years old, and we decided it was not a good investment to repair it but instead to replace it. He gave me an estimate. We agreed on the price. He put in a new one the next morning, and it is working perfectly. The price was exactly the same as the estimate. He did all the registering of the unit online.
