Ken was referred to me by a colleague. He returned my call promptly, showed up on time for the estimate and gave me an incredibly detailed estimate. His was not the least expensive estimate received. When I hired him, he started when he said he would, finished when he said he would and kept me updated every step of the way. He and his crews were courteous, professional and clean. The bathroom is fabulous and I could not be happier.
