It was wonderful; very good. We were getting this done and it was December and January and the job probably only took three days but they had to dodge the snow and wait for a warmer weather and so it was a thing where it was started and they had to wait until it got warm enough that they could work but they were fine. When they said they were going to be back there, they were back there. They are very responsive and they did a good job and they were very quick, the whole thing took only three days. They were actually my most expensive bid but I went and I was able to look at other people’s work and theirs and I liked their work so I went with them. The owner, Mr. Mike Jordan was always with them and sometimes he would leave and he would let us know. I went with them because they have a lifetime warrantee, so as long as we are in this house, if anything happens to this house, they will come out and fix it and others had a two year or a five year. That was one of the reasons I went with them that if we have any issues and I really do feel that he would come out and say, "I see it, we will be back", he will give me a date, it might be a month down the road but he would give me a date and he would be here. So as far as price, they were a little more, somebody was like $5000 and somebody was $5200 so they were a little more. I wasn’t going with the cheapest, I went with warranty, etc and with when I looked at their workmanship on other house, I liked it better than some of the others so that is why I went with them. If I ever decided to side my whole house, I would call them.

They definitely went the extra mile. They worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure that everything that needed to be done was covered and even came down in cost so that I didn't have any out of pocket expense. The guys were punctual, courteous and cleaned up their mess completely. They were great!
