 + 1 moreMike was super to work with and we would definitely recommend him. After we fired Stitt Energy Systems for doing such a poor job of managing the project. Mike offered us many of his personal business contacts to help finish the work. An then, without even asking, he also offered us some surplus materials he had left over from other jobs so we could afford to finish the project ourselves. The project was still overbudget and months behind schedule, but we knew it wasn't Mike's fault (his hands were tied by Stitt). Mike was one of the most pleasent persons I've ever met. He was also extremely smart about home design and was able to troubleshoot places where Stitt did not provide enough information on their design or construction drawings. It seemed like every time we turned around, Mike was saving the day! I shudder to think about how bad working with Stitt Energy Systems would have been without Mike to help see things through. Mike is a good builder that takes pride in his work. Just don't go through a third party to get the work done and you will be happy with the finished product.
Description of Work: Juede Construction was the subconractor for our home addition designed by Stitt Energy Systems. Stitt insisted on calling Jeude Construction a contract employee. Mike Juede was the only person on site most of the time (except for an occasional helper), so he had to function as general contractor, supervisor, carpenter, and designer. The sad part was Stitt continued to assert they were the general contractor and try to run the job from Arkansas, so Mike frequently ran out of materials and the through no fault of Mike's the construction took forever (February through July). You could see the pain on Mike's face as he would explain how Stitt wanted things done, despite knowing it was going to cost us much more than estimated.
