Description of Work: Ferrellgas agreed to deliver propane to my home for set price and they did that. However, I emphatically explained it was my first time to live using propane and I wanted to know when they were coming so I could understand where they needed access, what they did, how they filled my tank etc. They couldn't be bothered and would only give me a window of about 5 business days when they would deliver. The rest was my problem, so I found another supplier to whom I pay more money, but they listen, so far.
