Equity Real Estate is a full service real estate company that charges a flat fee and if we find a buyer for your property, that is the only commission amount that you pay! If another real estate brokerage's agent brings along a buyer to buy your property, then the amount charged is the buyer's agent percentage plus the flat fee. Either way the property seller can keep more of their own money.
