Arenz Pest Management did an excellent job of explaining the problem. Education is important to me. They are experts in the field. They correctly diagnosed where the termites were in the home and likely reasons as to why they were there. Steve pointed out sources of water, types of wood desired, how termites travel, live, breed, and more importantly how he was going to eradicate the colony. This home was a mess, over 25 linear feet of termite infestation. When the treatment was complete I knew more about termites than I wanted to know, but more importantly I knew what signs to look for myself. That’s key. Termites left untreated will destroy your home (and likely your largest asset). It’s been 6 months now and no sign of termite activity. The problem is solved. I highly recommend Arenz Pest Management. They are experts, reputable, and live in the community. They’ve been in business over 30 years servicing the West County area. I couldn’t be happier. I contacted a home inspector on Friday afternoon and they set up appointments with 3rd parties, one of which was Arenz Pest Management. The inspector arrived on time at noon the following Monday and I feel he did a very thorough job of checking for termites. Despite all of the spiders/webs that were found in the basement he dove right in and put my mind at ease that any wood deterioration was due to slight moisture issues, but no termite damage was to be found.

It went well.  I use Arenz Pest Management to perform quarterly pest control treatments.   They do a thorough job and are attentive to my questions and concerns.  I will continue to use them for quarterly treatments

We've been using them for a few years and have been happy.

They were great.  Occasionally they have to come back to do it again, but they always do that for free.  They are efficient and friendly and make sure to use chemicals that are okay with my pets.

I must say, Arenz does a great job. I had the same technician coming out for several visits running. He was punctual and courteous, as well as thorough. However, Arenz is much more expensive than other companies, and I do not see a justifiable reason for this. I recently switched away. However, I still say that they did a wonderful job and I had no complaints.

They are reliable with great integrity.  They are courteous, and proficient at extermination.  If they don't solve the problem they return free of charge until the problem is resolved.

Overall the service performed was very good and informative.

We hired Arenz to remove moles from our yard.  They came for the initial appointment and marked the mole runs.  They were to come back out a week later to determine which runs were active and then bait those runs and return a week after that to see if the bait was taken.  Several weeks after the initial appointment, we had fresh mole runs in the yard.  I called them to see if they could come back out again only to find out they had never actually returned to bait the mole runs.  When the employee came out to put the bait in, he spent a considerable amount of time blaming one of his co-workers for missing the follow-up.  I found this to be unprofessional, as a representative of his company.  We continued to have mole problems throughout the spring and summer and contacted Arenz several times to come and check our yard and put out new bait.  They returned a couple of times, but never followed through to make sure the bait was taken or that the mole problem had been taken care of.  I did not find any of their representatives to be particularly knowledgeable about moles or how to remove them.  We never were rid of the moles and ended up hiring another company to set traps, which they did at a fraction of the cost. 

They have been really wonderful. They try to work around your schedule. They have been reassuring, and calming about the spiders. They have been very nice about it. The prices have been very reasonable, and very fair. They have been one of the few places that have not tried to push us to buy anything. When we call them they respond back immediately. They have been very honest about everything.

The man who came was very nice. He came on time and got rid of my bugs.

They come to my house every two months. I think I spend like $69 a year. It is a family owned business. They are very thorough, very punctual, very organized and very friendly. They call me and send me a card telling me that it is time for them to come back. I would continue to use them in the future.

.I am very happy with the  service they provide. I don't have any problems with pest. They are eyr prompt and get right to work. They are all very professional and knowledgable. I will continue to use them.

They’re more reasonable than anyone else I’ve used. They’ve really been helpful like when I had bugs in my food they came by and helped me take my cabinet apart to find the problem.

I would use them again.

I have been using them for 10 years.  They come out twice a year.  I pay them when they come out.  When my previous local pest control person was moving out of the area he must have known about Arenz Pest Management and liked their business practices.  He gave all his customers their name so that we could continue with them if we wanted to.  I have never been disappointed.

They have a special that if they do the inspection and the home is termite free they will put a termite bomb on the home without having to do the treatment that is about $1000 before they bomb the house.  I took them up on that then signed a contract with them for a quarterly service.  I had a problem with ants and they came out and sprayed and I haven't had any problems since then. 

I would recommend them.  I've been using their service for little over five years now.  They charge $69 for a quarterly treatment.  They just do very good work.  Everyone has been really friendly that work for them.  They are very punctual and the products they use work very well.  We usually don't even use them quarterly because just having preventative treatments done during summer seem to be all that's needed.

They are awesome. I am a realtor and I've used them for a lot of different things and they are very reasonable. Their customer service is great. They either have the best price or they are very competitive. They are great.

We just recently started using Arenz after years of using Orkin, and we find our experience so far to be positive. We hired Arenz to complete our home termite inspection, and we were so impressed with the inspector's expertise that we initiated quarterly pest control services with them once the purchase of our home went through. Arenz has since serviced our house twice (once at no charge, as an extension of our initial service call), and the exterminators are professional, knowledgeable, and on-time. We find their prices to be extremely competitive with other providers in the area, and we are pleased that they offer a termite warranty program, as our house has had termite issues in the past. We would recommend them to others.

They are very courteous.  We recommend them highly.  I will use them in the future.
