The service took about 2 hours, which is what they told me. The best part is, they have a big screen in the waiting room with Net Flix, so I watched a movie while I waited. The end result looked great. A few days later I noticed a little bubble in one of the windows. I took my car back up there, and within a few minutes, they re-tinted that window, never to have a problem since. It has been a year now, and I am thinking about going back to get my front 2 windows darker and take my chances.
