A1 Commercial Kitchen Service Inc

Randy (owner of A 1) came to our restaurant to work on the ice machine as it was not producing ice. He quoted us around $300.00 to fix the problem, we said ok and he ordered the part needed. He came back and fixed it, or so we thought. We then got a bill for $519.34. The time logged on the invoice was 3.5 hours, he billed us for 4.5 hours. He also replaced a part for our tea machine, and wrote on that invoice "no charge for labor" since it was a matter of screwing a part on, yet on the bill he DID charge us for labor. The ice machine still does not produce ice like it should, and now it leaks. We brought this to his attention, he cursed at us saying that was "B***S***". We have paid him for parts but do not believe we owe him for his labor since it was not repaired correctly and overcharged. Randy has now started harrassing us, threatening us on the phone, saying "if you think your little business is struggling now, just wait til I'm done with you! You will wish you never messed with me!". He walks by the store, flipping us off, making the waaaaa noise like a baby. Not a very reasonable or professional man at all. He has since sued us.
